Kevin McCann is President and CEO of The Executive Strategy Group, LLC, a strategic management consulting firm that specializes in value forward marketing, strategy, sales consulting and sales training for growth directed companies.

Kevin brings 20 years of experience in strategy creation and implementation, sales and sales and management working in the high-tech industry. Kevin has worked for the largest networking equipment manufacturers in the world including Cisco Systems, Inc. and Cabletron (Enterasys), spent 5 years in Silicon Valley  during the .COM boom of the late 1990′s, grew a small value added reseller from $6million to $60million in revenues in 18 months and worked for one of the most renowned and well-funded startups of the .COM era, LoudCloud,  all prior to starting Cortex, LLC in 2001.

After the successful merger of Cortex with another value added reseller in 2006, Kevin founded the Executive Strategy Group, LLC, a strategic management consulting firm specializing in strategic productivity and revenue growth acceleration.

As a strategic consultant, Kevin has worked on over 50 engagements with a broad range of clients across industry verticals, and successful programs with start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations.

Kevin is passionate about helping and teaching business owners and executive management teams how to radically improve their operational efficiency, sales efforts and relationship building skills to gain the upper hand on the competition.

Kevin holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. He is an avid P90X’er, surfer, skier and golfer and is most proud of his completion of the Ironman Canada Triathlon in Penticton, BC in 2000.

Christopher Yonker
When he started his career in business, Chris Yonker quickly learned that his success was going to be in direct correlation to who he was and what he brought to the table. Having always valued personal development, he dove into it head first. He hired a coach, has read over 500 books, purchased and reviewed over 1,000 hours of audios and attended seminars and trainings from some of the greatest minds in the field of human potential and business success.

Chris has since become a veteran sales professional with over 19 years of experience and is one of the top performers for a Fortune 100 company. In addition to training and coaching other sales professionals for over 10 years, Chris created a competitive conversion program that has led to millions of dollars in new revenue. Due to his background and passion for growth, Chris attracts entrepreneurs, executives and high level sales performers who also value authenticity, transparency, and share a drive to make a difference.

He has since added to his other personal development curriculum by becoming a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and was trained by Wyatt Woodsmall, who also trained Anthony Robbins.

Chris is a transformational trainer and consultant who not only educates, but also helps his clients remove limiting beliefs and realize their true potential. He currently has an online blog where he shares ongoing wisdom, and has produced an audio called Authentic Selling 101. His other programs include Business Development/Consulting, On Site Training, Keynote talks and seminars, and more.

Chris is a 7th degree black belt in Sanchin-Ryu karate, practices Ashtanga yoga and enjoys hitting the road on his bike. He currently lives in the Seacoast Region with his wife, Jolie, and their Boxer, Bella.
